Key Responsibilities
– Engage in technical training programmes
– Complete necessary assessments and maintain logbooks
– Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
– Consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
– Uphold performance standards and work effectively in teams
Requirements/Qualifications
– Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
– Full N3 qualification with Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, and relevant Trade Theory (Mechanical or Industrial Electronics)
– Two trade theory subjects at N3 level (Electrical & Fitting) plus three additional relevant subjects
– Medically fit for mining work and able to pass a Heat Tolerance Screening test
– Residency in one of the host communities: Bekkersdaal, Zuurberkom, Thusanang, Hillshaven, Westonaria, Poortjie, Simunye, Kalbasfontein, Jachtfontein, Westonaria Borwa
